FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does the sauna need to be hard-wired?
No. This far-infrared model uses a plug-in electrical configuration and does not require customer hard-wiring. Always follow the electrical information supplied with your exact sauna.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow up to 8-12 weeks for production and delivery to your UK address for our Saunas. The ice baths and ice chiller are estimated 45 days delivery to the UK.
Does the sauna require assembly?
Yes. The sauna is delivered in a protective wooden crate and requires assembly. Follow the supplied assembly manual carefully.
What is the sauna made from?
Each Sauna is crafted from Canadian hemlock.
What type of heating does the saunas use?
The Haven range uses far-infrared carbon heating panels.
What warranty is included with the saunas?
A one-year warranty applies to internal electrical components. For eligible warranty claims, replacement electrical parts are shipped to the UK free of charge during the warranty period. Replacement glass can generally be provided where required.
